TaskFills allows job seekers to create a profile, showcase their skills and experience, search and apply for opportunities, and receive relevant alerts, while Employers can post gigs or jobs, review profiles, and manage their hiring or engagement process. We may also provide resources such as tips and guidance to help users navigate flexible work.
Our marketplace stands out by catering to a range of unique work types, such as contractual positions, one-time tasks, cash jobs, hobby jobs, leisure time jobs, and diverse opportunities. This specialization allows users to easily discover and apply for opportunities that match their preferences and interests, and gives Employers a platform to find candidates for specific needs. By offering a selection of non-traditional work opportunities, TaskFills provides a valuable service to those seeking flexible, unconventional, or niche employment options.
Important: TaskFills is an information technology service provider and does not employ users, provide staffing or recruiting services, or guarantee any engagement or outcome between users.
It is a two step process for creating a Tasker account on TaskFills:
1. Register Register using your email and password or alternatively, use the social buttons (Google, Facebook, GitHub) on the login page to sign up.
2. After creating your account with basic details, login with appropriate credentials, hover on your name on the right handside corner to display the menu, Click on Profile. On the profile page, Edit Profile with your relevant information such as your skills, experience, preferences, profile image, and identification, among other details and save
To create a Tasker account on TaskFills, you typically need to provide the following information:
1. Personal Information: Your name, email address, phone number, and a password to create an account.
2. Contact Details: Your current address and contact details.
3. Educational and Professional Details: Your educational qualifications, work experience, and skills.
4. Profile Information: Your profile picture, resume, and other relevant documents that support your application.
5. Preferences: Your job preferences, such as the type of job you're looking for, your preferred location, salary expectations, and other related information.
These details will help TaskFills to match you with relevant opportunities that match your skills and preferences, and enable potential Employers to contact you with suitable opportunities. The information you provide is used to operate and improve the TaskFills marketplace and is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
To initiate an application on our website, the first step is to register for an account.
After creating an account and successful login, you can navigate through our job listings link and select a position that interests you and click on the "Apply" button to proceed with the application process. When you click "Apply," your profile information, resume, and contact details you choose to share will be made available to the Employer so they can review your application and contact you about the opportunity, in line with our Privacy Policy.
Once you submit your application, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please check your spam folder. If you still do not see the email, please contact us and we will assist you.
At the top-right corner of the page, when you hover over the Login/Register link, a menu will appear that includes a link for Forgot Password link.
Clicking on this link will take you to the "forgot-password?" page where you will be prompted to provide your email address. Once you have provided your email address, a reset password link will be sent to your email.
You can then login to your email account and click on the reset-password link to proceed. Follow the prompts to choose a new password to reset your account.

To update your information on the website, first log in to your account. Next, hover over the top right corner of the page to display a menu. From the menu, select "Profile" and then choose "Edit Profile" to access the page where you can make the necessary updates to your information.

You can view jobs/gigs submitted, shortlisted and completed information on your profile page.

Taskers are allowed to submit up to 10 job applications per week. This limit helps ensure fair access to opportunities for all users and maintains platform performance. For Employers, posting limits may vary based on account type and usage.
If there are any changes to the status of your job/gig application, you will receive an email notification to keep you informed. You can also check your profile page for updates on your applications and engagements.
